The Chikara OmniWorld Corporation has originally developed this enemy scanner. The device is able to scan and display a reading of the defense capabilities of a chosen target.

To activate the tool the user need only aim it at a desired target that's within the range and press the assigned action button. If successful a new display-window will appear with more detailed information about the target.
