Overseer Rakzum

While the powerful Onard trains new shamans and shape spiritual life in the Caldera clan, Rakzum leads the practical duties of the shaman caste. As the overseer, he advices chieftain Shkah in many matters, while directing the lower ranking shamans in their work. Having been trained by Onard himself, he has many tricks up his sleeves. He is also one of the few Thor shamans that appear to have some equivalent to biotropy training. Overseer Rakzum spawns with the Reanimated Master Of The Guard a short time after the Master Of The Guard is defeated, they make a very threatening duo.
