To convert Treasure Map 4 into Sal'diresh's Vault Key 4, which provides access to Sal'diresh's Vault 4...

These steps are only required the first time you need to convert a map, as it provides the location of the NPC who performs the map conversion.

Carry the relevant treasure map in your inventory
Go to Celeste Harbour TP and talk with Tom Tennant at the Moonshine Bar: /wp [Arkadia, 29833, 10197, 99, Tom]
He will give you the location of the NPC.

Once Tom has given you the NPC's location (and for every subsequent conversion for this map):

Have the following in your inventory:

252 Robot Component Residue (2.52 PED)
62 Robot Low-Loss Link Cable (1.48 PED)
17 Robot Weapon Grip (0.986 PED)

Total cost: 4.986 PED

Go to Robot Factory TP and talk with Kurt Alaniz: /wp /wp [Arkadia, 21684, 13812, 249, Kurt]
Once the exchange is completed, you'll receive Sal'diresh's Vault Key 4 (under the Tools tab).
