These steps are only required the first time you need to convert a map, as it provides the location of the NPC who performs the map conversion.
- Carry the relevant treasure map in your inventory
- Go to Celeste Harbour TP and talk with Tom Tennant at the Moonshine Bar: /wp [Arkadia, 29833, 10197, 99, Tom]
- He will give you the location of the NPC.
Once Tom has given you the NPC's location (and for every subsequent conversion for this map):
- Have the following in your inventory:
- Go to Fuel Depot TP and talk with Garry Dash: /wp [Arkadia, 32230, 13288, 98, Garry]
- Once the exchange is completed, you'll receive Sal'diresh's Vault Key 1 (under the Tools tab).
